  6. Extract all of the files into a folder of your choice. 
  7. Create a shortcut to Tlc.exe and you're done!  TLC creates 
  8. an ini file and saves your original Logo backups in its own 
  9. folder, but it does not write configuration files to any 
  10. other folder, or alter the Registry in any way.

  12. The VB4.0 runtime files must installed on your computer in 
  13. order for TLC to run.  Most computers have them installed 
  14. anyhow, but if you find you need them, they can be found on 
  15. the 'Net very easily.  The file to search for is vb40032.zip.
